If you are receiving medicaid, you might qualified for a state waiver

called CCSP/source. Georgia Medicaid’s Community Care Services Program

(CCSP) is a program designed to help frail older adults remain living in

their own homes or communities and to receive services in those locations

as an alternative to nursing homes.

Source is a program designed for frail, elderly, and disabled

Georgians who require the level of care typically provided in a nursing

home. For some very low-income participants, this program provides both

medical care and non-medical personal care services. We will assist you

with the application process for these benefits so that our services can be

provided to you at no out-of-pocket cost. You can receive up to 40 hours of

services per week based on your needs.
